The Gwendolyn Brooks Library does not normally purchase textbooks. However, it is possible that you may find some of your textbooks in the library. Use the GBL online catalog or the I-Share catalog to search for your books. If the library does not own a copy of your textbook, you may rent or purchase textbooks through the Chicago State University Virtual Store (https://www.bkstr.com/chicagostatestore/home), which is operated by Follett. You may also want to check the following websites to locate textbooks to rent or purchase:  Amazon, Chegg®, ebay, Bookfinder.com, or Bookscouter.com.

If you need further assistance, visit the Reference Desk, located on the 2nd floor of GBL, for in-person assistance from a Research Librarian. Remote assistance is available via email, telephone, text, or live-online via chat or Zoom during the hours for Research Services.
