This problem is primarily experienced by students who are new to the University at the start of a term. If you are a new student, the problem might be resolved by changing the password you currently use for the various campus online systems (e.g., CSU email, Cougar Connect, Moodle). To do so, log into the IT account management (IAM) Self-Service system. You can access it online directly at:

https://iam.csu.edu/self-service
