Your  account needs to be in sync with the  record for you in your library's database of eligible borrowers.

The library  may no longer have you in the database,  go to the circulation desk on the first floor and you will receive help.

If your library affiliation,  last name has changed, you will need to  change update your profile in your  library I Share account.
